Matcha Green Tea Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut (unsweetened)
  • 4 TBS almond meal
  • 2 TBS maple syrup
  • 1 TBS coconut oil
  • 1 TBS matcha green tea

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in your food processor and blend.

  2. Roll into balls and you’re ready to enjoy your matcha green tea energy bites!

  3. Sprinkle more desiccated coconut on top or even sesame seeds work nicely, or leave as is. Best kept refrigerated.
