Peppermint Patty Spirulina Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/3 cup frozen spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 scoop spirulina
- 1 tsp sunflower butter or any nut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil
- Dash of pure peppermint or fresh mint leaves
Toppings
- almond butter
- chia seeds
- flax
- paleo granola
Preparation
Blend almond milk, coconut milk, frozen wild blueberries, frozen cauliflower, and frozen spinach together first.
Add avocado, spirulina, sunflower butter, chocolate protein, MCT oil, and peppermint, then blend until creamy.
Top with almond butter, chia seeds, flax, and paleo granola.
