Detoxifying Lean Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashew milk (I used homemade)
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Spirulina
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower butter
  • 1 scoop plant based protein, cacao powder, or collagen
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 tsp activated charcoal

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until creamy.

  2. Top with 1 teaspoon of activated charcoal and any additional seeds or superfoods as desired.
