Detoxifying Lean Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashew milk (I used homemade)
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp Spirulina
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower butter
- 1 scoop plant based protein, cacao powder, or collagen
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 tsp activated charcoal
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until creamy.
Top with 1 teaspoon of activated charcoal and any additional seeds or superfoods as desired.
