Ingredients

  • 1 cup @malkorganics Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 frozen avocado
  • 1/4 frozen pear
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 scoop @sproutliving Pumpkin seed powder
  • 1 tsp @foursigmatic adaptogen blend
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings

  • seeds
  • berries
  • @georgiagrinders Cashew butter

Preparation
