Layered Smoothie Parfait with Probiotics and Fiber

Ingredients

Protein and fats layer

  • @malkorganics almond milk
  • handful frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 tbsp spirulina
  • optional collagen or protein (e.g., @sunwarriortribe)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice

Probiotics layer

  • spoonful of @lovvelavva plant based yogurt or your favorite clean yogurt

Fiber layer

  • spoonful butternut squash purée
  • few blueberries

Superfoods layer

  • hemp seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp grain free low sugar paleo granola by @thrivemkt

Preparation

  1. Blend the spirulina smoothie ingredients until creamy.

  2. Add a spoonful of plant-based yogurt for the probiotics layer.

  3. Add a spoonful of butternut squash purée and a few blueberries for the fiber layer.

  4. Top with hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and a tablespoon of granola for the superfoods layer.

  5. Prepare the smoothie in advance for best results, such as the night before for freshness.
