Layered Smoothie Parfait with Probiotics and Fiber
Ingredients
Protein and fats layer
- @malkorganics almond milk
- handful frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 tbsp spirulina
- optional collagen or protein (e.g., @sunwarriortribe)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
Probiotics layer
- spoonful of @lovvelavva plant based yogurt or your favorite clean yogurt
Fiber layer
- spoonful butternut squash purée
- few blueberries
Superfoods layer
- hemp seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp grain free low sugar paleo granola by @thrivemkt
Preparation
Blend the spirulina smoothie ingredients until creamy.
Add a spoonful of plant-based yogurt for the probiotics layer.
Add a spoonful of butternut squash purée and a few blueberries for the fiber layer.
Top with hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and a tablespoon of granola for the superfoods layer.
Prepare the smoothie in advance for best results, such as the night before for freshness.
