Tahini and Cacao Smoothie Bowl with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 2 partially frozen bananas
  • 2 large dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp. Tahini
  • Splash of plant milk

Toppings

  • chia pudding
  • caramel
  • figs
  • blueberries
  • buckwheat groats
  • dark chocolate buttons

Preparation

  1. Peel, slice, and freeze bananas for about an hour to partially freeze them.

  2. Blend the frozen bananas, coconut yoghurt, cacao powder, avocado, tahini, and a splash of plant milk until smooth and creamy.

  3. Spoon the blended mixture into a bowl.

  4. Top with chia pudding, caramel, figs, blueberries, buckwheat groats, and dark chocolate buttons.

  5. Enjoy the smoothie bowl, and optionally share it with others.
