Tahini and Cacao Smoothie Bowl with Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 partially frozen bananas
- 2 large dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
- 1 to 2 tbsp of cacao powder
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp. Tahini
- Splash of plant milk
Toppings
- chia pudding
- caramel
- figs
- blueberries
- buckwheat groats
- dark chocolate buttons
Preparation
Peel, slice, and freeze bananas for about an hour to partially freeze them.
Blend the frozen bananas, coconut yoghurt, cacao powder, avocado, tahini, and a splash of plant milk until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the blended mixture into a bowl.
Top with chia pudding, caramel, figs, blueberries, buckwheat groats, and dark chocolate buttons.
Enjoy the smoothie bowl, and optionally share it with others.
