Tahini and Cacao Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 large dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 1 avocado
- 1 teaspoon of tahini
- Splash of plant milk
Toppings
- chia pudding
- caramel
- figs
- blueberries
- buckwheat groats
- dark chocolate buttons
Preparation
Peel and slice 2 bananas, then freeze them for about an hour until partially frozen.
Add the frozen bananas, 2 large dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt, 1 to 2 tablespoons of cacao powder, 1 avocado, 1 teaspoon of tahini, and a splash of plant milk to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
Top with chia pudding, caramel, figs, blueberries, buckwheat groats, and dark chocolate buttons.
