Tahini and Cacao Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 large dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of tahini
  • Splash of plant milk

Toppings

  • chia pudding
  • caramel
  • figs
  • blueberries
  • buckwheat groats
  • dark chocolate buttons

Preparation

  1. Peel and slice 2 bananas, then freeze them for about an hour until partially frozen.

  2. Add the frozen bananas, 2 large dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt, 1 to 2 tablespoons of cacao powder, 1 avocado, 1 teaspoon of tahini, and a splash of plant milk to a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.

  5. Top with chia pudding, caramel, figs, blueberries, buckwheat groats, and dark chocolate buttons.
