Tahini and Fig Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of tahini
- 1 fig
Toppings
- granola
- fig slices
- dark choc covered almonds
- drizzle of tahini
Preparation
Blend the ingredients until thick and smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
Top with granola, fig slices, dark choc covered almonds, and a drizzle of tahini.
