Tahini and Fig Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of tahini
  • 1 fig

Toppings

  • granola
  • fig slices
  • dark choc covered almonds
  • drizzle of tahini

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients until thick and smooth.

  2. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with granola, fig slices, dark choc covered almonds, and a drizzle of tahini.
