Creamy Vanilla Tahini Smoothie Bowl Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 small bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 3 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
  • chocolate
  • granola
  • cacao nibs
  • candied chocolate dipped orange slice

Preparation

  1. Slice 3 small bananas, spread them out on a plate, and freeze for an hour to achieve a thicker blend.

  2. Add the frozen bananas to a blender with 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon tahini, and 3 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt, then blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  4. Top with melted chocolate, tahini swirl, granola, cacao nibs, and a candied chocolate dipped orange slice for a delicious finish.

  5. Note that this can also be enjoyed as a smoothie instead of a bowl.
