Creamy Vanilla Tahini Smoothie Bowl Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3 small bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 3 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- chocolate
- granola
- cacao nibs
- candied chocolate dipped orange slice
Preparation
Slice 3 small bananas, spread them out on a plate, and freeze for an hour to achieve a thicker blend.
Add the frozen bananas to a blender with 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon tahini, and 3 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt, then blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Top with melted chocolate, tahini swirl, granola, cacao nibs, and a candied chocolate dipped orange slice for a delicious finish.
Note that this can also be enjoyed as a smoothie instead of a bowl.
