Cashew and Tahini Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 small bananas
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 dates
  • 1 heaped tsp of cashew butter
  • 1 heaped tsp of tahini
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 120g of cashew milk vanilla yoghurt
  • A splash of nut milk

Toppings

  • cacao nibs
  • a sliced fig
  • banana
  • toasted almond flakes
  • cashew butter
  • a chopped date

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with cacao nibs, a sliced fig, banana, toasted almond flakes, cashew butter, and a chopped date.
