Cashew and Tahini Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 small bananas
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 2 dates
- 1 heaped tsp of cashew butter
- 1 heaped tsp of tahini
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 120g of cashew milk vanilla yoghurt
- A splash of nut milk
Toppings
- cacao nibs
- a sliced fig
- banana
- toasted almond flakes
- cashew butter
- a chopped date
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
Top with cacao nibs, a sliced fig, banana, toasted almond flakes, cashew butter, and a chopped date.
