Post Run Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Cacao

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp of almond butter
  • 1-2 tbsp of cacao powder
  • Splash of almond milk
  • 1 tsp of maca powder
  • buckwheat groats
  • puffed quinoa
  • leftover melted chocolate
  • more almond butter

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top with buckwheat groats, puffed quinoa, leftover melted chocolate, and more almond butter.

  3. Note: Maca powder may help with hormonal balance.
