Post Run Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Cacao
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 chunk of fresh ginger
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp of almond butter
- 1-2 tbsp of cacao powder
- Splash of almond milk
- 1 tsp of maca powder
- buckwheat groats
- puffed quinoa
- leftover melted chocolate
- more almond butter
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Top with buckwheat groats, puffed quinoa, leftover melted chocolate, and more almond butter.
Note: Maca powder may help with hormonal balance.
