Easy Protein Packed Parfait Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 small container unsweetened plain cashew yogurt
  • 1/2 to 1 scoop plant-based protein
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Goji berries
  • Cacao nibs
  • Hemp seeds
  • Berries
  • Crunchy almond butter

Preparation

  1. Pack the superfoods such as pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, and berries in a container.

  2. In another container, combine chia seeds, yogurt, and plant-based protein.

  3. When ready to eat, mix both containers together.

  4. Drizzle with nut butter and top as desired for serving.
