Easy Protein Packed Parfait Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 small container unsweetened plain cashew yogurt
- 1/2 to 1 scoop plant-based protein
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Goji berries
- Cacao nibs
- Hemp seeds
- Berries
- Crunchy almond butter
Preparation
Pack the superfoods such as pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, and berries in a container.
In another container, combine chia seeds, yogurt, and plant-based protein.
When ready to eat, mix both containers together.
Drizzle with nut butter and top as desired for serving.
