- - 1 frozen ? (or papaya)
- - 1/3 cup roasted butternut squash - 1 tbsp peanut ? butter
- - 1/4 cup milk ? of choice (add a lil more if too thick)
- - a dollop of @siggisdairy 4% yogurt (optional)
- - 2-3 tbsp cacao powder
- - 1 scoop of protein of choice (my fav is @nuzest_usa )
