Smoothie

Ingredients

  • - 1 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
  • - 1 frozen ? (or papaya)
  • - 1/3 cup roasted butternut squash - 1 tbsp peanut ? butter
  • - 1/4 cup milk ? of choice (add a lil more if too thick)
  • - a dollop of @siggisdairy 4% yogurt (optional)
  • - 2-3 tbsp cacao powder
  • - 1 scoop of protein of choice (my fav is @nuzest_usa )
  • Toppings
  • @purely_elizabeth granola + cacao nibs + peanut butter + @beekeepers_naturals ? pollen + PUMPKIN ? SPICE balls (recipe on my blog. Link in bio ?)
