Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/3 cup plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon homemade chocolate spread or vegan chocolate spread (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Chocolate Lover mix or cacao powder
- crushed nuts (hazelnut, peanuts)
- chocolate syrup
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Blend the frozen bananas, maple syrup, plant-based milk, coconut cream, chocolate spread, and Chocolate Lover mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into glasses.
Top with crushed nuts, chocolate syrup, and cacao nibs before serving.
Tips
Use very ripe bananas for a creamier texture.
The chocolate spread is optional and can be substituted with any vegan alternative.
Adjust the amount of plant-based milk to achieve your desired smoothie thickness.
