Quick Brazil Nut Pasta Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brazil nuts (cashews work as well)
  • 1 1/2 cups oat milk
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion granules

Preparation

  1. Simply blend the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth

  2. If you don’t have a powerful blender just soak the nuts in hot water for 5/10 mins first

  3. Add a splash more milk if needed, to loosen the Brazil nut cream

  4. Stir through cooked pasta
