Quick Brazil Nut Pasta Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup Brazil nuts (cashews work as well)
- 1 1/2 cups oat milk
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion granules
Preparation
Simply blend the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth
If you don’t have a powerful blender just soak the nuts in hot water for 5/10 mins first
Add a splash more milk if needed, to loosen the Brazil nut cream
Stir through cooked pasta
