Choc Cherry Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 200g cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • 400ml coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut (optional)
  • 1 tbsp natural sweetener (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth

  2. Pour into popsicle molds with optional stir-throughs below

  3. Freeze for 5 hours or overnight

  4. Dip mold in hot water for 10 seconds to release popsicle. Enjoy
