Chocolate Cream Mousse

Ingredients

  • 300 ml aquafaba (chickpeas water)
  • 150-160 g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Chop and melt the dark chocolate in the microwave until silky (you can add just a tiny bit of coconut oil, so that it melts easier)

  2. Beat the aquafaba for around 5-10 minutes with a hand mixer until soft peaks

  3. Then add the chocolate to the aquafaba while gently folding the mixture with a spatula

  4. Transfer it to small bowls, glasses or jars

  5. You can decorate it with some coconut cream, cacao powder and mint leaves

  6. Let it cool down for a couple of hours and then enjoy
