Chocolate Cream Mousse
Ingredients
- 300 ml aquafaba (chickpeas water)
- 150-160 g dark chocolate
Preparation
Chop and melt the dark chocolate in the microwave until silky (you can add just a tiny bit of coconut oil, so that it melts easier)
Beat the aquafaba for around 5-10 minutes with a hand mixer until soft peaks
Then add the chocolate to the aquafaba while gently folding the mixture with a spatula
Transfer it to small bowls, glasses or jars
You can decorate it with some coconut cream, cacao powder and mint leaves
Let it cool down for a couple of hours and then enjoy
