Easy Vegan Curried Pasta Dish

Ingredients

  • brown rice pasta (whatever kind of noods u feelin)
  • 2-3 tbsp of almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp of curry powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast (optional)

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta and drain it.

  2. If using veggies, add it to a pan with all the vegs.

  3. Add the almond milk and all seasonings to the pan as well and mix until thoroughly combined.

  4. Then top with hot sauce and ENJOY!!
