Healthy Vegan Chickpea Nutella

Ingredients

  • 16 oz (450 g) chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) roasted hazelnuts or almonds
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth

Notes

  1. The chickpeas are not detectable in taste, resulting in a sweet, smooth, and chocolatey spread
