Healthy Vegan Chickpea Nutella
Ingredients
- 16 oz (450 g) chickpeas
- 1/4 cup (60ml) roasted hazelnuts or almonds
- 1/4 cup (60ml) vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup (60ml) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut milk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth

The chickpeas are not detectable in taste, resulting in a sweet, smooth, and chocolatey spread
