Healthy Vegan Oatmeal Banana Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 mashed up bananas
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (chopped up so they are small)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Optional additions
- Maple syrup or other sweetener to taste, if needed
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Form the mixture into about 7 cookies; they may seem wet but will firm up.
Place them on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool for a bit before transferring.
