Perfect Pancakes for Sunday Morning
Ingredients
- 200g all purpose flour
- 50g tapioca starch
- 10g vegan proteinpowder
- 130g apple sauce
- 250ml plantmilk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon natron
- 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
- vanilla powder
- tonca bean
Preparation
Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl and all the dry ones in another one and then combine both.
Let the dough sit aside for 10 minutes.
Bake 2 tablespoons of dough in a non-stick pan for each pancake.
