Perfect Pancakes for Sunday Morning

Ingredients

  • 200g all purpose flour
  • 50g tapioca starch
  • 10g vegan proteinpowder
  • 130g apple sauce
  • 250ml plantmilk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon natron
  • 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
  • vanilla powder
  • tonca bean

Preparation

  1. Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl and all the dry ones in another one and then combine both.

  2. Let the dough sit aside for 10 minutes.

  3. Bake 2 tablespoons of dough in a non-stick pan for each pancake.
