Quick and Flavorful Sesame Noodles

Ingredients

  • 200g flour
  • 100g water
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Knead the water and flour together with a sprinkle of salt.

  2. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

  3. Knead the dough again.

  4. Roll the dough into a long cylinder.

  5. Use a scissor or knife to cut the dough into thin strips and boil them in a pot.

  6. Grind the garlic and chop the spring onion.

  7. Heat up oil and add all the ingredients except vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and the green part of the spring onion.

  8. Fry the mixture for a few minutes.

  9. Add the cooked noodles and fry for a few more minutes.

  10. Mix in the soy sauce and vinegar.

  11. Sprinkle the dish with the green part of the spring onion and some lemon juice.
