Super Healthy Banana Pancake Cereal
Ingredients
- 75g blitzed oats
- 75g mashed banana
- 125ml any milk (I used almond)
- Drizzle of maple syrup
Preparation
Blitz the oats to a powder.
Mash the banana (I use frozen and then microwave it).
Mix oats, banana and milk into a bowl until smooth and runny.
Use a tablespoon to drip blobs of the mixture into a hot frying pan.
It will cook really fast so once you see bubbles in the blobs flip them over to golden the other side.
Pour into a bowl. You’ll probably need to do two-three batches.
Drizzle over maple syrup and tuck in.
