Super Healthy Banana Pancake Cereal

Ingredients

  • 75g blitzed oats
  • 75g mashed banana
  • 125ml any milk (I used almond)
  • Drizzle of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Blitz the oats to a powder.

  2. Mash the banana (I use frozen and then microwave it).

  3. Mix oats, banana and milk into a bowl until smooth and runny.

  4. Use a tablespoon to drip blobs of the mixture into a hot frying pan.

  5. It will cook really fast so once you see bubbles in the blobs flip them over to golden the other side.

  6. Pour into a bowl. You’ll probably need to do two-three batches.

  7. Drizzle over maple syrup and tuck in.
