Oil-Free Hummus with Chickpeas and Tahini

Ingredients

  • 250g chickpeas
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

  2. Use the hummus in salad bowls, buddha bowls, on toast, or as a veggie dip.
