Oil-Free Hummus with Chickpeas and Tahini
Ingredients
- 250g chickpeas
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Use the hummus in salad bowls, buddha bowls, on toast, or as a veggie dip.
