- stevia or sweetener of choice
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- pinch of nutmeg
- 4tbsp soy yogurt
- 1tbsp vinegar
- vanilla flavour
- 2 medium grated carrots
- 1 cup rasped coconut
- crushed walnuts (optional)
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 2tbsp soy yogurt
- vanilla flavour
- a little lemon juice
- sweetener of choice (agave)
