Easy Homemade Golden Spiced Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free oats (sprouted if possible)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tsp @yoursuperfoods mellow yellow
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Chop nuts in a food processor.

  3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then spread in a thin layer on a lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking in around 25 minutes to stir and ensure not burning.
