Easy Homemade Golden Spiced Granola
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free oats (sprouted if possible)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 3 tsp @yoursuperfoods mellow yellow
- 1 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop nuts in a food processor.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then spread in a thin layer on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking in around 25 minutes to stir and ensure not burning.
