Fresh Papaya Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Apple
  • Wedge of Papaya
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • Handful of salad leaves
  • 1/2 Fist of grapes
  • 1/2 Fist of pomegranate
  • 1 small avocado
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 1/4 egg cup of tahini
  • 1/4 egg cup of pomegranate molasses

Preparation

  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly

  2. Chop the apple, papaya, cucumber, and avocado into bite-sized pieces

  3. Prepare salad leaves by tearing or chopping if needed

  4. In a large bowl, combine all chopped fruits, vegetables, salad leaves, grapes, and pomegranate seeds

  5. For the dressing, mix tahini, pomegranate molasses, and lemon juice in a small bowl

  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly

  7. Serve immediately as a side or main dish
