Greek Salad Topped Hummus
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 1 can chickpeas or garbanzo beans
- 3 tbsp filtered water
- 1/2 lemon, seeded and juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
- 1/4 cup red onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Drain and rinse the beans to get any excess can juice that might have been on the beans
For a creamer hummus remove the chickpeas skins
In a food processor or high powered blender combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, filtered water, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil
Blend all ingredients together until creamy
Scrap hummus into a serving bowl
Hummus toppings
Mix all components in a small bowl
Sprinkle hummus with topping and serve
