Miso Glazed Radishes⁣

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (tamari)
  • 1 tbsp sake (or dry white cooking wine)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation

  1. Cut thinly the shallots

  2. Wash and remède the greens from the radishes

  3. In a small bowl, mix the miso, soy sauce, sake and water

  4. Place a pan on medium heat, and cook for 2mn the shallots

  5. Add the radishes and cook them for 2minutes

  6. Pour the sauce and cook for 3-4 more minutes (stir)

  7. Serve an enjoy
