Simple and Delicious Buddha Bowl
Ingredients
- peas pasta
- green pesto
- 1/2 avocado
Vegetables
- mushrooms
- green asparagus
- broccoli
- tomatoes
Preparation
Roast the vegetables in the oven until tender
Cook the peas pasta according to package directions
Prepare the green pesto if it's homemade, or use store-bought
Slice the avocado just before serving to prevent browning
Assemble all components in a bowl and mix gently
