Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread
  • Avocado
  • Mushrooms
  • Tamari sauce
  • Tofu
  • Tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown

  2. Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth

  3. Scramble the tofu in a pan with desired seasonings until cooked

  4. Roast the tomatoes in the oven at 200°C until softened

  5. Sauté the mushrooms with Tamari sauce in a pan until tender
