Simple Mango Strawberry Jello Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mango purée
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp agar agar
- Fresh cut strawberries for toppings
Preparation
Mix fresh mango in a blender until super smooth.
Move the purée to a pan along with coconut water and agar agar and boil for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Pour in jars and place in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
