Simple Mango Strawberry Jello Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mango purée
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp agar agar
  • Fresh cut strawberries for toppings

Preparation

  1. Mix fresh mango in a blender until super smooth.

  2. Move the purée to a pan along with coconut water and agar agar and boil for 2 minutes on medium heat.

  3. Pour in jars and place in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
