Delicious Stick to Your Ribs Comfort Bowl
Ingredients
- boiled potatoes
- 1/2 small chopped onion
- shredded carrots
- cauliflower rice
- chopped yellow pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegan chorizo
Preparation
Sauté onions until translucent.
Add carrots, potatoes, and seasoning; sauté until slightly browned.
Move mixture to the side of the pan.
Add chorizo and warm it throughout.
Combine everything and let it rest for a minute in the pan.
Transfer to a bowl and enjoy.
