Homemade Iced Tea with Healing Herbs

Ingredients

  • green tea leaves
  • dandelion tea leaves and root
  • nettle tea leaves
  • lemon juice
  • stevia (fresh from plant or powdered or liquid)

Preparation

  1. Brew the tea leaves (and fresh stevia leaves if using) for 15 minutes or more.

  2. Strain out the leaves and compost them if desired.

  3. For warm tea, add to a mug and pour in lemon juice; mix in powdered or liquid stevia if using.

  4. For cold tea, pour into a glass jar and store in fridge until it cools, then add to a mug with ice cubes, lemon juice, and powdered or liquid stevia if using.
