Refreshing Mint Tea with Fresh Leaves
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh mint leaves
- 4-6 cups boiling water (filtered preferably)
- lemon (optional)
- honey (optional)
- stevia or other sweetener of choice (optional)
Preparation
Pour boiling water into a saucepan.
Add fresh mint leaves and sweetener if using.
Mix and let the mint leaves steep for up to 3 hours to get a concentrated tea.
