Easy Rhubarb Infused Lemonade

Ingredients

  • Boiling water
  • A few stalks of rhubarb
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, or to taste

Preparation

  1. Pour boiling water over a few stalks of rhubarb.

  2. Add the juice of one lemon and 1 teaspoon of sugar, or a little more.

  3. Let the mixture steep for several minutes to allow infusion

  4. Strain the liquid to remove rhubarb solids and serve chilled or over ice
