Easy Rhubarb Infused Lemonade
Ingredients
- Boiling water
- A few stalks of rhubarb
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon sugar, or to taste
Preparation
Pour boiling water over a few stalks of rhubarb.
Add the juice of one lemon and 1 teaspoon of sugar, or a little more.
Let the mixture steep for several minutes to allow infusion
Strain the liquid to remove rhubarb solids and serve chilled or over ice
