One-Pot Zucchini and Chickpea Pasta
Ingredients
- Small zucchini
- 150g dry pasta
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 can chickpeas
- Fresh parsley
- Garlic, basil, sun-dried tomato, and chili seasoning
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cans water
Preparation
Use a deep pan or pot to minimize dishwashing.
Add all ingredients to the pan.
Cook everything on low heat without stirring for about 15 minutes.
Notes
This recipe serves 2 very filling portions and is quick to prepare.
