One-Pot Zucchini and Chickpea Pasta

Ingredients

  • Small zucchini
  • 150g dry pasta
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • Fresh parsley
  • Garlic, basil, sun-dried tomato, and chili seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cans water

Preparation

  1. Use a deep pan or pot to minimize dishwashing.

  2. Add all ingredients to the pan.

  3. Cook everything on low heat without stirring for about 15 minutes.
