Raspberry Almond Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup assorted frozen raspberries or ?
- half ?
- 1/4 cup frozen sweet potato
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/3 cup nut milk
- optional 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- optional 1 scoop protein of choice
Toppings
- granola (from purely elizabeth)
- coconut flakes
- pumpkin seeds
- bee pollen (from beekeepers naturals)
Preparation
Steam and freeze the cauliflower if not already prepared
Combine all base ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
