Raspberry Almond Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup assorted frozen raspberries or ?
  • half ?
  • 1/4 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/3 cup nut milk
  • optional 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • optional 1 scoop protein of choice

Toppings

  • granola (from purely elizabeth)
  • coconut flakes
  • pumpkin seeds
  • bee pollen (from beekeepers naturals)

Preparation

  1. Steam and freeze the cauliflower if not already prepared

  2. Combine all base ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  4. Add the toppings on top
