Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- half frozen papaya or alternative for volume and sweetener
- 1/4 cup cooked then frozen sweet potato
- 1 tablespoon almond or cashew butter
- 1/3 cup nut milk or iced coffee
Optional
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
Toppings
- Pumpkin spice granola
- Coconut flakes
- Pumpkin seeds
- Chocolate chips
- Pumpkin spice sprinkle
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Add the desired toppings on top
