Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • half frozen papaya or alternative for volume and sweetener
  • 1/4 cup cooked then frozen sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon almond or cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup nut milk or iced coffee

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice

Toppings

  • Pumpkin spice granola
  • Coconut flakes
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chocolate chips
  • Pumpkin spice sprinkle

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the desired toppings on top
