Pumpkin Pie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup crushed or cubed ice (optional if you like a nice cream consistency)
  • You can also add some pumpkin pie spice if you really want that kind of flavor

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add the almond milk, crushed ice, pumpkin puree and maple syrup as well as a few pecan nuts but you can also use walnuts if you prefer those

  2. Put smoothie into a bowl and top with banana slices and pecans

  3. Top banana slices with chia seeds and drizzle with caramel sauce
