Pumpkin Pie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup crushed or cubed ice (optional if you like a nice cream consistency)
- You can also add some pumpkin pie spice if you really want that kind of flavor
Preparation
In a blender, add the almond milk, crushed ice, pumpkin puree and maple syrup as well as a few pecan nuts but you can also use walnuts if you prefer those
Put smoothie into a bowl and top with banana slices and pecans
Top banana slices with chia seeds and drizzle with caramel sauce
