Protein Balls Two Ways

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural nut butter
  • 1/3 cup pea protein
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tsp milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together, starting with the wet ingredients and then adding the dry ones.

  2. Split the dough in half to prepare the two variations.

  3. For the unicorn cookie dough variation, add mini chocolate chips and sprinkles to one half.

  4. Form the mixtures into small balls, approximately 10 from each variation

  5. For the snickerdoodle variation, roll the balls in a mixture of cinnamon and coconut sugar.

  6. Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
