Salted Toffee Apple Magnums
Ingredients
- ICECREAM • 2 chopped red apples
- • 1 cup coconut milk (The thick part from the top of the can)
- • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste • 1 tbsp raw coconut butter
- • Pinch of cinnamon
- #TOFFEE • 8 medjool dates (pitted)
- • 1 tbsp maple syrup
- • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- • 4 tbsp oat milk • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tbsp raw coconut butter 〰️
- #CHOCOLATE • 100g vegan chocolate • 1/4 cup flaked almonds
Preparation
Blend all toffee ingredients until smooth and set aside
Blend all icecream ingredients until smooth
Get 4 magnum silicone moulds (with wooden popsicle sticks inserted)
Half fill the moulds with the icecream mix and freeze for one hour
Add a tablespoon of toffee on top of each magnum and fill the moulds up with more Apple icecream
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight
Melt the chocolate and stir in the almonds
Remove the icecream from the moulds and dip them in chocolate
