Two-Ingredient Frozen Coconut Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups thick coconut yogurt
- 1/2 banana
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- or other fruits, chopped nuts, cacao nibs
Preparation
Blend the yogurt and banana until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined baking tray to about 1 cm thick.
Add the toppings and press them gently into the yogurt.
Freezing and storage
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
