Two-Ingredient Frozen Coconut Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 banana

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • or other fruits, chopped nuts, cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Blend the yogurt and banana until smooth.

  2. Spread the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined baking tray to about 1 cm thick.

  3. Add the toppings and press them gently into the yogurt.

Freezing and storage

  1. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

  2. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
