Sweet Potato Breakfast Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato
- peanut butter
- bananas
- blueberries
- raspberries
Preparation
Slice 1 sweet potato into rounds.
Preheat oven to 500°F or set to broil.
Once the oven is hot, place the sweet potato rounds on the bottom shelf and broil for 10-12 minutes, depending on thickness.
Top with peanut butter, bananas, warmed blueberries, and mashed raspberries.
