Chia Pudding Granola Breakfast Parfait
Ingredients
- Granola base
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup oat milk
- Fresh strawberries
- Blueberries
- Cacao nibs
- Peanut butter (for drizzle)
Preparation
Mix 1/4 cup chia seeds with 1 cup oat milk and let sit for 15-20 minutes until thickened
In a jar or bowl, layer granola at the bottom
Add the chia pudding on top of the granola layer
Place fresh strawberries and blueberries over the chia pudding
Sprinkle cacao nibs on top
Drizzle with peanut butter
