Peanut Butter Sweet Potato Toast Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 large sweet potato
- honey peanut butter
- bananas
- cinnamon
- frozen blueberries
Preparation
Slice the sweet potato into toast shapes.
Broil at 500°F for 10-12 minutes on the bottom shelf or bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes.
Warm the frozen blueberries.
Top with honey peanut butter, bananas, cinnamon, and the warmed blueberries.
For meal prep, bake the sweet potato the night before and reheat in the morning.
