Toppings

  • almond butter
  • raw cacao nibs
  • shredded coconut
  • date syrup
  • avocado
  • hemp seeds
  • olive oil
  • banana
  • peanut butter
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Slice a sweet potato lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick pieces.

  2. Drizzle the slices with coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes until crispy.

  4. For variation one, top with almond butter, raw cacao nibs, shredded coconut, and drizzled date syrup.
