Freddie's Breakfast with Toast and Porridge Bites

Ingredients

  • Bread for toast
  • Almond butter
  • Banana
  • Porridge oats (3 tbsp)
  • Ground flax (1/2 tsp)
  • Almond milk (5 tbsp)
  • Raspberries (2)

Preparation

  1. Mix 3 tbsp porridge oats, 1/2 tsp ground flax, 5 tbsp almond milk, and 2 raspberries in a shallow bowl.

  2. Microwave the mixture for 40 seconds to bind it into rubbery bites.

  3. Break up the bites into shapes that are easy to hold or slice into soldiers.

  4. Use a star cookie cutter to make festive shapes if desired.

  5. Prepare toast with almond butter and serve with banana and the porridge bites.
