California Pistachio Fruit Custard
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon custard powder
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk
- 1/2 liter milk
- Chopped mangoes
- California pistachios
- Pomegranate
Garnish
- Blanched and chopped California pistachios
Preparation
Mix 1 tablespoon milk with 1 teaspoon custard powder and set aside
Combine 1/2 liter milk and 1 tablespoon condensed milk in a pot
Heat the milk mixture while stirring continuously
Add the custard powder mixture and stir until it boils and thickens
Allow the custard to cool completely
Stir in chopped mangoes, pistachios, and pomegranate
Garnish with additional pomegranate and chopped California pistachios
Notes
Serve the custard chilled
