No Bake Airy Chocolate Dessert Cake

Ingredients

  • 100g butter cookies
  • 400ml milk
  • 2 packets instant dessert mix (no-cook)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 500g heavy cream
  • 100g dark chocolate shavings

Preparation

  1. Prepare a 39x21 cm cake ring on a cake plate and line the bottom with butter cookies

  2. Beat instant dessert mix with milk, vanilla extract, and sugar for 5 minutes until thick

  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff and gently fold into the dessert mixture

  4. Spread the mixture over the cookie layer and smooth the top

  5. Crush dark chocolate shavings in the bag and sprinkle over the cake

  6. Chill the cake for at least 3 hours before serving

Tips

  1. You can use any flavor of instant dessert mix such as chocolate, vanilla, or white chocolate
